Born and raised in Helsinki, Finland, to a German father and Finnish mother. Language lover and an independent woman from a young age.

Studied an undergraduate in Germany in English and French literature and later a postgraduate in European politics, culture and economics. During the studies she took full advantage of international university exchange opportunities to live experiences in different countries.

Having spent a good part of her life following the traditional path: go to school and get a grown-up job after university, she soon realized, like many millennials, that this is not the only option.

Laura began to realize that friends and family shared negative experiences about their so called "dream jobs" - when in reality they had ended up in the rat race hating their job and feeling that they were not really living the life they had always imagined for them...

So this is when Laura decided to take on a different path and the mission to influence thousands of women and inspire them to become a leader in their expertise.
